Interview
- ·You will meet with our team to discuss your background, expertise, and approach to problem-solving.
- ·This stage typically involves 2-3 interviewers and lasts approximately one hour.
Decision
- ·Successful candidates will then move forward to the offer stage.
- ·We will present an offer based on your experience, skills, and current compensation, followed by a discussion regarding the terms of your employment.
Join
- ·Once the offer negotiation is complete, we will officially confirm your acceptance.
- ·We will then guide you through establishing a start date and completing the onboarding process to prepare you for your new journey at Nara Space.
